How we started!

10 years ago I started my fitness journey and because of my sweet tooth I kept falling off the wagon for a cheeky slice of cake (which turned into two) or a whole tub of ice cream!

Then everything changed when I started making edible protein cookie dough! It satisfied my sweet cravings and helped me hit my protein intake - it was much healthier than any other protein dessert out there and I found that it didn't taste too powdery!

I kept this recipe to myself for a while, thinking nobody would be interested but I was wrong! my friends tried it and loved it and I have been making it for them ever since! I have been playing around with different flavours and ingredients to create the perfect protein desserts.

It's time for me to let everyone in on the secret of maintaining a sweet tooth whilst being a gym junkie. I set up HALE for anyone and everyone that falls into the healthy eating, protein hitting, sweet-tooth category; whether its for gym or just general life!

How to store

How to use and store our cookie dough

Spread it!

Take your tin out of the fridge and mix with the milk of your choice and whisk until it is a thinner consistency! You can then use it as a spread!

(keep adding milk until thin)

Storage

Keep your HALE tins in the fridge and consume within 5 days. Make sure your cookie dough is soft before eating by taking them out of the fridge for 20 minutes to soften before eating!

Raw Dough it!

Eat it raw straight out of the tin! Store in the fridge and consume within 5 days. Take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before you would like to eat it to make sure its nice and soft!
